Safari Deep Sixes RSS Feeds
Apple just released the Safari 6.0 update for Lion (10.7).
The good news is that it looks like it does away with the annoying animation whereby new web pages often fly in from the corners of the browser window.
The get-used-to-it news is that the search window is gone, now it is integrated into the address window.
The bad news is that Safari no longer has an RSS reader built into it. You can revert to receiving RSS feeds as emails within Mail and opt to have them show up in your Inbox or get a third-party reader. Appleinsider confirms the RSS change here.

Update 7/27/12 – Word here that Mail in Mountain Lion (10.8) does not support RSS either. See the comments after the article.
